《公司盈警》港仔機器人(00370.HK)料中期虧損約5900萬元 X

<匯港通訊>      港仔機器人(00370.HK) 發盈警，預期截至2025年9月30日止6個月將錄得公司擁有人應佔虧損約5900萬元，去年同期虧損約3270萬元。
虧損增加主要是由於集團錄得以股份為基礎付款開支約1760萬元及出售附屬公司的淨虧損約470萬元。倘剔除上述以股份為基礎付款及出售附屬公司的淨虧損（其並非直接歸因於集團主要業務表現）的影響，則中期期間公司擁有人應佔經調整虧損將減少至約3670萬元，較比較中期期間的約3270萬元輕微增加約400萬元。
