瑞安房地產(00272.HK)與上海陸家嘴等組合營 X

<匯港通訊>      瑞安房地產(00272.HK) 宣布，附屬公司上海瑞安城市更新與上海陸家嘴、上海市浦東房地產及上海三林就合營公司的合營安排訂立股 東協議。合營公司預期在位於中國上海市浦東新區三林鎮西林村的該地塊上進行 更新發展項目（即三林項目）。
合營公司將由上海陸家嘴、上海瑞安城市更新、上海市浦東房地產及上海三林分別擁有40%、39%、11%及10%。
合營公司的業務範圍涵蓋（其中包括）房地產開發經營、建設工程施工、建設工程設計、房地產諮詢以及物業管理。
