<匯港通訊>      中國信達(01359.HK) 公布，注意到附屬公司信達證券(601059.SH)於11月19日刊發的一則停牌公告中提述，中金公司(03908.HK) 與東興證券及信達證券作為另一方，已就中金公司擬透過吸收合併及換股方式進行合併，簽訂一份具法律約束力的合作協議。
