<匯港通訊>      中播數據(00471.HK) 宣布，建議1供3，發行最多3.598億股至3.83億股供股股份，供股價每股0.455元，較11月19日收市價0.66元折讓約31.06%，所得款項總額約1.6372億元至1.74億元。
所得款項淨額約1.62億元至1.7262億元，其中約33.5%用於 CMMB 業務的技術開發及基礎設施升級，約29.2%用於貿易業務，約8.4%用於強化CMMB業務及貿易業務的營運團隊及業務發展，約4.2%用於開展營銷活動並為新客戶制定推廣方案，約16.3%用作集團的一般營運資金及約8.4%將將預留以備可能出現的合適投資機遇。
