天鴿互動(01980.HK)獲要約人每股0.68元提全購要約周四復牌 X

<匯港通訊> 天鴿互動(01980.HK)宣布，要約人 Truesense Trading Limited 於二級市場收購收購股份（即 20,000,000股股份，佔已發行股本總數約1.8%）。收購股份之總代價為1359.787萬元。每股收購股份之最高價及平均價分別為0.68元及約0.6799元。
緊隨收購後，要約人及其一致行動人士須就所有已發行股份提出強制性無條件現金要約。現金要約價0.68元，與停牌前收市價相同。要約人將不會提高要約價。要約人為洪燕。收購事項後，要約人及傅政軍已成為控股股東。要約人擬於要約結束後該公司繼續於聯交所上市。
股份將於11月20日起復牌。
