《公司盈警》醫思健康(02138.HK)料中期稅後盈利減少不逾90% X

<匯港通訊> 醫思健康(02138.HK) 發盈警，預期截至2025年9月30日止6個月除稅後盈利較去年同期減少不多於90%。
期內純利和息稅折舊及攤銷前之盈利下降的主要原因是本地消費情緒疲弱，包括香港居民於中國內地消費醫療及保健服務之趨勢持續，以及外遊增加，削弱部分可自由支配醫療及醫美服務之本地需求；集團於上一個財政年度下半年後期出售之若干醫療資產不再併入集團財務報表，因此於報告期內未能帶來收入貢獻；服務組合較不理想，高毛利之可自由支配服務佔比下降；及收入下降導致營運槓桿減弱。
