<匯港通訊>   MIRXES (02629)宣布，與晶泰控股訂立一份諒解備忘錄，據此，雙方同意整合該公司在基因組學技術及龐大的、以亞洲人群為中心的疾病數據庫方面的核心優勢，與晶泰科技領先的AI+機器人的藥物發現和研究平台，針對亞洲高發癌種，特別是消化道癌的早期發現與干預，共建一個AI賦能的、創新的「診療一體化」研究及產業化平台，結合診斷與治療，合作開發早診早治解決方案。 (WH)
