(Infocast News)  SITC International Holdings Company Limited (SITC)(01308)announced that a meeting of the Board will be held on Thursday, 18 December 2025 for the purpose of considering and approving the declaration of a special dividend  and transacting any other business (if any).

As the proposed Special Dividend may or may not be approved by the Board,
shareholders of the Company and potential investors are advised to exercise
