(Infocast News)   SEAZEN(01030)  announced that in November 2025, the Group had a total of 178 properties for lease, with a total gross floor area of approximately 16,381,800 sq.m.. The rental income* for November 2025 amounted to approximately RMB1.078 billion, and commercial operating income** for November 2025 amounted to approximately RMB1.155 billion (i.e. tax-included rental income).

In November 2025, the Group achieved the contracted sales of approximately RMB1.448 billion, and the contracted sales area of approximately 200,900 sq.m.. 

Between January and November 2025, the aggregated rental income* amounted to approximately RMB11.990 billion, and the aggregated commercial operating income** amounted to approximately RMB12.852 billion (i.e. tax-included rental income). The aggregated contracted sales amounted to approximately RMB17.917 billion, and the aggregated sales area amounted to approximately 2,351,600 sq.m.. (SY)
