(Infocast News)     CIFI HOLD GP(00884) announced that in November 2025, the Group recorded (i) contracted sales (including contracted sales by joint ventures and associated companies) amounted to approximately RMB0.93 billion with contracted GFA of approximately 82,700 sq.m., (ii) contracted average selling price* of approximately RMB11,500/sq.m., and (iii) contracted sales attributable to the equity owners of the Company of approximately RMB0.56 billion.


From January to November 2025, the Group recorded (i) aggregated contracted sales (including contracted sales by joint ventures and associated companies) amounted to approximately RMB15.10 billion with contracted GFA of approximately 1,443,700 sq.m., (ii) contracted average selling price* of approximately RMB10,900/sq.m., and (iii) contracted sales attributable to the equity owners of the Company of approximately RMB7.80 billion.
