<匯港通訊>   香港通訊國際控股(00248)宣布，建議股份每8股合併為1股，每手買賣單位由4000股改為1萬股合併股份。待增加法定股本及股份合併生效後，該公司建議，按2供1基準，發行最多7783.32萬股供股股份，佔擴大後股份約33.3%，供股價每股0.28元，集資最多約2180萬元。

供股預計可籌集之最高所得款項總額(於暫配予陳重義之供股股份應付認購款項與股東貸款約1150萬元互相抵銷後)約為1030萬元。供股預計可籌集的最高所得款項淨額約為940萬元，其中約850萬元用於償還集團銀行借款，約90萬元用於補充集團之一般營運資金以支付員工成本。 (WH)
