<匯港通訊>       中聯發展控股(00264)宣布，配售最多2000萬股股份，佔擴大後股本約4.15%，配售價每股2.16元，較1月6日收市價2.54元折讓約14.96%，所得款項總額約4320萬元，淨額約4206萬元，其中約1800萬元用於購買皮革製造及皮革及機動車發動機延伸清潔服務相關的材料、設備及費用成本，以及其他貿易業務；約1406萬元將用作集團一般營運資金；約1000萬元用於償還未償還債務。
