璋利國際(01693)發行新股將應付款項資本化 X

<匯港通訊>   璋利國際(01693)宣布，向受託人 KP Lee Chambers 配售合共約748.9496萬股應付款項資本化股份，佔擴大後股本約15.91%，配售價每股2.35元，認購人根據應付款項資本化協議應付的認購金額1760.03萬元，將透過悉數抵銷集團應付貿易債權人的未償還貿易應付款項的方式償付。

每股應付款項資本化股份發行價2.35元，較1月6日收市價2.05元溢價約14.63%。

KP Lee Chambers 為一間位於馬來西亞的律師事務所，已獲委任為貿易債權人的受託人。 (WH)
