<匯港通訊>    卓能(集團)(00131)發盈喜，預期截至2025年12月31日止年度將錄得公司持有人應佔溢利約1.8億元，2024年同期應佔虧損約5000萬元。

由虧轉盈主要由於團投資物業之公允價值由2024年期間之負變動約2200萬元扭轉為2025年期間之正變動約2億元，以及集團位於深圳市之物業項目的物業銷售增加，使集團之收入及毛利增加。 (WH)
