<匯港通訊>    中證國際(00943)發盈警，預期截至2025年12月31日止6個月將錄得公司擁有人應佔持續經營業務虧損介乎1350萬至1450萬元，2024年同期約3690萬元。

總收益由2024╱25年上半年的約6400萬元下降至2025╱26年上半年的約4140萬萬元，跌幅約為35.3%。總收益下降乃主要由於集團保健及家庭用品分部的收益由2024╱25年上半年的約6260萬元，下降至2025╱26年上半年的約4120萬元。毛利因收益下降而由2024╱25年上半年的約1630萬元減至2025╱26年上半年的約1040萬元。 (WH)
