傳華府討論是否允騰訊保留其遊戲公司股權 X

<匯港通訊>     英國《金融時報》引述多名知情人士報道，美國白宮正討論是否允許騰訊(00700)保留其在主要電子遊戲集團的股份。

據悉，華府高層官員已召開會議，討論騰訊對美國和芬蘭企業的投資，是否構成安全風險。知情人士指，去年夏天，騰訊曾與美國外國投資委員會(CFIUS)磋商緩解措施，以回應華府的安全關切。

目前，騰訊持有總部位於北卡羅來納州的Epic Games的28%股權；全資擁有總部位於洛杉磯的Riot Games(拳頭遊戲)；並控股芬蘭移動遊戲公司Supercell。

在美國總統特朗普首個任期內，CFIUS已對騰訊投資Epic Games和Riot Games，會否讓騰訊獲取大量美國用戶數據提出質疑，相關審查已成為CFIUS歷時最長的個案之一。 (ST)
