<匯港通訊>         中國天弓控股(00428)發盈喜，預期截至2025年12月31日止年度公司擁有人應佔淨利潤不少於1000萬元，2024年同期淨虧損約7680萬元。

由淨虧損轉為淨利潤的主要原因是，由於集團於報告期內持有的若干公開交易證券表現改善，集團就分類為按公平值計入損益之金融資產的股本證券錄得淨收益不少於1500萬元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度則錄得淨虧損7220萬元。 (WH)
