<匯港通訊>      萬達酒店發展(00169)發盈喜，預期截至2025年12月31日止年度溢利約17.5億至19億元，2024年同期虧損9.894億元。

扭虧為盈主要由於出售公司附屬公司萬達酒店管理全部已發行股本後確認收益淨額約17.5億元所致。缺少了於2024年底長期應收款項轉移至持作待售物業時確認的長期應收款項減值虧損約10.452億元，但部分被截至2025年12月31日止年度內確認的持作待售物業減值虧損約1700萬元所抵銷。 (WH)
