<匯港通訊>       未來世界控股(00572)發盈警，預期截至2025年12月31日止年度錄得年內虧損約5000萬元至5800萬元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度則為年內溢利約1300萬元，主要是由於同期其他借款重大修訂的一次性收益約6500萬元；投資物業公平值由同期約5800萬元減少至報告期間約3500萬元；及於報告期間，就貸款及應收利息計提的信貸虧損撥備淨額約為30萬元，而同期則錄得就貸款及應收利息的信貸虧損撥備撥回淨額約為2300萬元所致。 (WH)
