<匯港通訊>       信控國際資本(00993)發盈警，預期截至2025年12月31日止年度錄得虧損淨額較2024年同期增加約210%。

虧損擴大主要由於收入下降、按公允價值計入損益賬之金融資產價值下跌，以及一項貸款計提大額減值損失所致。然而，金融資產公允價值變動及資產減值損失為非現金項目，預期不會對整體營運現金流或業務營運造成重大不利影響。 (WH)
