《公司盈警》中國新城市(01321)料去年度業績由盈轉虧 X

<匯港通訊>        中國新城市(01321)發盈警，預期截至2025年12月31日止年度錄得虧損淨額不多於約2.91億元人民幣(下同)，而截至2024年12月31日止年度則錄得純利約4.86億元。

由盈轉虧主要由於集團來自商業物業開發業務分部之收入較2024財年大幅減少不多於約91%，主要由於集團國際辦公中心(IOC) A2.1棟項目銷售之大部分收入已於2024財年確認；及集團於2025財年並無確認規模相若之新項目銷售。 (WH)
