《公司盈警》眾安集團(00672)料去年度業績由盈轉虧 X

<匯港通訊>        眾安集團(00672)發盈警，預期截至2025年12月31日止財政年度錄得虧損淨額不多於約9.4億元人民幣(下同)，而截至2024年12月31日止財政年度則錄得淨利潤約2.18億元。

集團預期2025財年由盈轉虧，主要由於2025財年交付之物業總建築面積較2024財年減少逾約35%，導致可計入2025財年確認之銷售收入也相應減少；集團於2025財年交付的物業每平米銷售均價相對較低，而相關物業的每平米銷售成本則維持在相對高位，導致2025財年之毛利及毛利率較2024財年顯著下降分別約72%和約9個百分點；及集團於2025財年錄得應佔聯營公司及合營企業虧損，而2024財年則為應佔溢利。 (WH)
