中原(工商舖)2月份商廈租賃成交價量回調約30%至330宗 X

<匯港通訊>   根據中原(工商舖)統計，2月份商廈租賃成交錄得約330宗，涉及租用樓面面積約95.14萬平方呎，按月下跌同告約35%左右。

中原(工商舖)預測，隨著本港經濟氣氛轉趨穩定，企業信心逐步恢復農曆年後企業將陸續恢復租務部署及安排，3月份預料商廈租賃交投有望重新活躍。（BC)
