「海瑅灣I 」首日暫收逾1600票超逾5倍日內有機會加推 X

<匯港通訊> 信和置業(00083.HK)執行董事田兆源表示，「海瑅灣I 」反應熱烈，項目今日首日開始收票，截至下午3時，僅3小時即收票逾1600張，以首張價單計，超額逾5倍。

入票客人不乏 A 組大手客人，有投資者認為第一張價單折讓大，加上項目坐落「國際精英社區」，聚集不少專才、教師等專業人士，料有可觀收租回報，故欲入手作長線投資，

項目有機會於稍後時間加推單位以回應市場需求，預計加推單位有加價空間。

此外，項目於上周五招標反應理想，招標單位客人有3成為內地客，睇中6號幹線將於今年內通車，屆時由項目往返西九最快只需約18分鐘。項目於明日將有另一輪招標，有機會錄得「海瑅天 LE SKY」全海景四房雙套戶型成交。（BC)
