<匯港通訊> 由華潤置地(海外)及保利置業(00119.HK)合作發展,啟德維港住宅項目「PANO HARBOUR 澐璟」銷情持續,當中最新錄得四房大宅招標售出,成交單位為1座31樓A樓皇,位處項目最前排位置,前臨遼闊維港景致,屬四房三套連私人電梯大堂間隔,實用面積2088平方呎,成交價逾1.26億港元,呎價逾6.037萬港元,創項目標準分層成交價及呎價新高。

發展商表示,「PANO HARBOUR 澐璟」推售至今累售439伙,套現逾159.5億港元。 (BC)
