<匯港通訊>     博雷頓(01333)宣布，主席、總經理、執行董事及控股股東陳方明於今日上午交易時間，在市場內以自有資金購入共29.4萬股公司H股，約佔公司已發行股份總數的0.08%。

緊隨本次增持後，陳方明合共持有公司1.187億股股份(包括5780.17萬股內資股和6087.189萬股H股），約佔公司已發行股份總數的30.46%。陳方明、楊慧及邱德波(一致行動人士)合計持有公司1.24億股股份(包括5780.17萬股內資股及6653.97萬股H股），約佔公司已發行股份總數的31.91%。

據陳方明表示，自2025年12月2日首次增持公司股份以來，他合計增持70萬股H股，不排除考慮於適時進一步增持公司股份的可能性。 (ST)
