加拿大暫停徵收汽油和柴油聯邦消費稅 X

<匯港通訊>    加拿大總理卡尼宣布，暫停徵收汽油和柴油的聯邦消費稅。

這意味從下周一開始至9月7日勞動節，汽油價格每公升將下降10分，柴油每公升則下降4分。這項政策也將免除每公升4分的航空燃油稅，預計總支出約24億加元。

卡尼表示，由於伊朗戰爭，包括加拿大在內，世界各地的燃油價格都大幅上漲，這項措施將有助加拿大人度過短期壓力，形容此舉是負責任的臨時措施，符合構建更強勁、更實惠的經濟，以及健全財政管理的需要。

聯邦政府在聲明中表示，措施將降低卡車司機以及食品、農業、住房、建築和配送行業的運營成本。

加拿大全國平均每公升汽油價格略高於1.76加元，而在美國和以色列對伊朗發動攻擊、且石油無法通過霍爾木茲海峽運輸之前，價格略高於1.26加元。
