<匯港通訊>         御德國際控股(08048)宣布，與 FLCYLY Management Limited 、Think Technology Solutions Limited 、廣州迅輝計算機及韋思技術訂立諒解備忘錄。

根據諒解備忘錄，該公司擬收購目標控股公司已發行股本100%。

目標集團主要透過其附屬公司（包括廣州迅輝計算機有限公司及韋思技術（上海）有限公司）在中華人民共和國從事提供信息技術解決方案、電腦硬件及軟件服務。 (WH)
