<匯港通訊>  人工智能(AI)晶片公司 Cerebras 已向納斯達克遞交上市申請。

據公司遞交的文件顯示，Cerebras 去年度扭虧為盈，賺近8800萬美元，2024年度蝕逾4.8億美元。期內收入按年增長近76%至5.1億美元。

這家晶片公司早於2024年已計劃上市，主要客戶之一是獲微軟(MSFT.US)支持、總部設於阿聯酋的 G42，貢獻集團去年兩成四收入。另一主要客戶是一家阿聯酋大學，貢獻去年62%收入。

日前有報道指，OpenAI 已與 Cerebras簽署為期三年的合作協議，總額超過200億美元，以租用由 Cerebras晶片驅動的伺服器。 (BC)
