港交所委任劉祖銘為董事總經理及債券市場發展主管 X

<匯港通訊>    港交所(00388)宣布，委任劉祖銘為董事總經理及債券市場發展主管。港交所持續拓展固定收益及貨幣(FIC)業務，他將領導新成立的債券市場發展團隊，涵蓋債券業務一級市場及二級市場發展。

劉祖銘的一級市場職責包括加強債券發行及與發行人的溝通；其二級市場發展重點則包括提升債券市場的流動性及基礎設施建設。他將向港交所固定收益及貨幣產品發展主管范文超滙報。

港交所市場主管余學勤表示，發展多元資產生態系統是集團的戰略重點，港交所正在大力發展固定收益及貨幣業務、鞏固香港作為領先國際債券融資中心的地位。劉祖銘的加入將進一步加強FIC團隊，將與合作夥伴及市場各方攜手，加快香港債券和固定收益市場的發展。 (WL)
