<匯港通訊>   恒基物業代理董事及營業(二)部總經理韓家輝表示，海灣半島 Park Peninsula 世界級臨海豪宅「天瀧THE KNIGHTSBRIDGE」，自推出以來反應熱烈，一直備受追捧，最新售出2座29樓B室，實用面積1002平方呎，成交價3889萬港元，成交呎價3.8812萬港元，「天瀧」自現樓後累售232伙，連車位套現約93.9億港元。全盤累售287伙，連車位合共套現約117.5億港元。 （BC)
