《公司盈警》德昌電機控股(00179)料全年度溢利跌逾21% X

<匯港通訊>        德昌電機控股(00179)發盈警，預期截至2026年3月31日止年度之股東應佔溢利將下跌至介乎1.97億美元至2.07億美元，較去年度淨溢利2.63億美元下跌約21%至25%。

淨溢利之預期下跌受多項因素綜合影響所致。分銷及行政員工成本、外匯變動對營運開支之影響、索償與賠償撥備及其他營運項目的上升使淨溢利下跌約12%至16%。餘下的跌幅主要由於就過去一項收購確認的無形資產之非現金減值，以及若干投資之公平值按年出現不利變動所致。 (WH)
