<匯港通訊>         龍旗科技(09611)發盈警，預期截至2026年3月31日止3個月將錄得公司擁有人應佔盈利約1540萬元人民幣(下同)，去年同期盈利約1.541億元，主要由於消費電子終端市場需求減弱導致收入減少，加大對具備 AI 技術的個人電腦(AI PC)及汽車電子等新業務領域的投資導致成本及開支增加，以及美元兌人民幣匯率的不利波動導致財務成本增加。 (WH)
